Wyndham La Vita is a 5-star hotel and residential complex in the southern part of the island (Rawai Beach) consisting of 8 buildings and a separate lobby. The project area occupies 17,088 m² and is located just 400 m from the beach. All buildings are located on a hill, which allows the complex to be the highest residential point in this part of the island and have the most beautiful view of the sea. A distinctive feature of Wyndham La Vita are 5 unusual swimming pools - 4 of them are located around the buildings and, thanks to the slope, are connected by cascading waterfalls. The fifth infinity pool, with a stunning view of the sea, is located on the roof of the lobby. The location of the complex deserves special attention. The hotel is in the most convenient place near the beach and all the entertainment on the main street of the Rawai coast, where cafes, restaurants, a promenade, a children's water park and taxi boats to the nearest islands with white sand are concentrated. Despite its proximity to Rawai Beach, the hotel also offers a shuttle bus to Nai Harn Beach. In one of the Wyndham La Vita buildings, the entire first floor is occupied by infrastructure - a massage parlor, a SPA complex, a gym, a children's play club and a billiard club.
