Gardens of Eden: Unique installment terms with payment upon completion of construction
INSTALLMENT TERMS
Eden Residences: Installment payments are available up to 3 years after completion of construction (Q4 2026) and up to 50% of the total cost.
Park Residences: Installments are available up to 3 years after completion of construction (Q4 2027) and up to 40% of the total cost.
COST OF RESIDENCES WITH INSTALLMENTS
The table shows the price with installment and standard schedule. The price with full payment (100% upon completion of construction) is 10% lower than with installments.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Eden Residences
50% payable before completion of construction:
20% - upon signing the contract
15% - foundation is ready
10% - monolithic structure is ready
5% - walls and roof completed
The second 50% is paid quarterly from the moment of handing over the keys.
Park Residences
60% is paid before completion of construction:
20% - upon signing the contract
15% - foundation is ready
10% - monolithic structure is ready
10% - walls and roof work completed
5% - upon handing over the keys
The second 40% is paid quarterly after handing over the keys.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF RESIDENCES IN INSTALLMENTS WITH PARTIAL PAYMENT AFTER COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION
Installment payment after completion of construction is possible for a period of 1 to 3 years at 7% per annum. In case of early repayment the amount is recalculated.
PENALTY FOR DELAYED PAYMENT
In case of delayed payment 15% per annum is charged on the amount owed.
FULL OWNERSHIP AND LONG-TERM LEASE
The price of a unit is 10% higher when purchased as a freehold than when leased on a long-term basis (freehold).
RE-OWNERSHIP
To re-purchase a unit on an installment plan, the buyer must pay 100% of the price.
